We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Home Ownership team and play a key role in supporting the sale of our new homes. What you'll be doing
As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of the sales function, ensuring our systems, reporting, and administration are running efficiently and accurately.

Take ownership of sales data, ensuring information remains accurate, up to date, and reliable throughout the customer journey.

Produce insightful reports and analysis that support decision-making across the business.

Help shape and improve the systems we use to manage sales activity, customer enquiries, and performance reporting.

Keep property valuations updated across our development portfolio

Provide essential administrative support to a busy and successful sales team.

Act as a trusted point of contact for records management, expenditure processing, and team support activities.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects and help enhance the way we work.
What you’ll need:

Experience in a sales support, coordinator, administration, or reporting role.

Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data manipulation, and pivot tables.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A naturally analytical mindset and confidence working with data and reporting.

Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or business systems.

A proactive attitude and a desire to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
Knowledge of the housing, property, or new homes sector would be an advantage, but it's your enthusiasm, accuracy, and ability to learn that matters the most.
