The role:
To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Faculty Office, based at Gorseinon, and to possibly support administration at our Llwyn Y Bryn campus one day per week. The successful candidate will have excellent people skills and enjoy working with young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing a comprehensive administrative support service to the Faculty Office

Key accountability for consumable ordering, maintaining accurate records and administering credit card returns

First point of contact for visitors, lecturers and students
About you:
-
Previous experience of maintaining accurate administration systems
-
Possess excellent IT skills
-
With a minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English you will also possess a relevant level 2 qualification, ideally in Business Administration

Possess excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
-
Able to prioritise your workload and work to strict deadlines with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
