We are seeking to recruit a self motivated individual, preferably with a minimum 2 years experience working in a busy transport/ freight forwarding environment.
We are a leading European trailer operator with our UK office based near Colchester, Essex and have a vacancy for somebody to join our small team to assist with the daily work.
You will need to be able to work in a calm manner within a small team environment and show a willingness to learn a wide range of duties, you will also have the opportunity to develop your own business model to complement the work we are currently involved with.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of import and export customs procedures, be capable of negotiating rates with customers and suppliers and have the ability to work on their own initiative being able to deal with the day to day requirements of our existing customer base.
This vacancy is offered as a full time role and is office based.
