Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and experienced General Handyman/woman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various facilities and equipment across our premises and travelling to clients premises for repair work when required. This role requires someone with general handyman skills, particularly roofing (tile replacement/repairs), paving repairs and general building maintenance works. The right candidate must be physically fit and capable of general yard work including loading and unloading scaffolding materials from lorries each day.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles with a broad skill set.
- Mechanical knowledge a bonus for servicing various machinery and equipment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Full driving licence with own vehicle essential.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
