Lost & Found is multi award winning cafe situated by the sea in Portstewart on the beautiful North Coast of Ireland,. We are committed to serving coffees from farms all across the world, insuring that we honour the farmers by brewing the coffee in the best way possible. This is generally a relaxed, but hard-working environment, and we believe that a healthy mix is essential. Lost & Found is currently hiring baristas to join our team. Experience working as a barista, although welcomed, is not necessary. Availability to work weekends (including Sundays) is a must. If you have:
- A passion for Coffee and hospitality alongside great craftsmanship & willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you. We put time, care and attention into everything we do and believe that it is vitally important that everyone who works with us is passionate about these values
- Experience in speciality coffee is a real plus but not essential !
- A great work ethic! We work hard as we love and believe in what we do
- Humility. No rock stars please – we have no room for big egos!
- Can handle pressure! This is working in a very busy café environment, you must be able to work well under pressure
- Availability to work Sundays – our cafes are busiest at the weekend: if you can’t work weekends, don’t apply!
- A sense of humour
- The ability to work in a team : no lone rangers thanks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.80-£13.20 per hour
