Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 4pm (Day in lieu), on call for emergencies

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Holiday Lettings Manager will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in managing and leading a team to drive performance, enhance skills and create a positive culture. Experience in the property sector would be beneficial, but not essential.
Duties will include:
Direct and lead the operations of the Island Holiday Homes Lettings team.
Appraisal and instruction of holiday home rental properties.
Deliver excellent customer care.
Carry out morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with staff.
Staff training and development.
Manage the overall success of the Holiday Lettings team.
Meet and exceed targets for the business.
Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
Skills required:
Team management experience.
Strong negotiation skills.
High level of customer service skills.
Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
Strong organisational skills.
Be responsive to change.
A full UK driving license.
