Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to property management. This role offers an opportunity to focus on portfolio oversight, optimise client satisfaction, and ensure the smooth running of all property-related activities.
Duties
- Oversee service charge budgets and financial planning for the property portfolio, attend occasional meetings / AGMs
- Utilise Resident property management software for data entry, reporting, and financial management
- Conduct annual FRAs reviews and adhoc property visits to ensure properties meet health and safety standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing correspondence with leaseholders and freeholders
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective clients
- Supported by Maintenance Team, Compliance Officer, Payment Clerk & Site Inspector
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or property management roles
- Proficiency in Resident or comparable property management systems
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience with a focus on organisation and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Knowledge of local property legislation and regulations is desirable

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
