Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial services is highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, public areas, and facilities according to established standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly after use
- Follow health and safety procedures to uphold hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards guests and colleagues
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties effectively throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends or holidays if needed
- A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction
Job Types: Permanent, Zero hours contract
