- Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year basic (Transparently structured based on your technical experience and skill level).

As a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our Andover facility, you will:
- Execute comprehensive repairs and maintenance, including braking, steering, suspension, exhaust, tyre fitting, and general chassis work.

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic scanners and multi-brand software.

Carry out routine servicing, multi-point safety inspections, and manufacturer-aligned maintenance.

Maintain precise digital job records while collaborating closely with a friendly service team to keep workshop flow seamless.

Assist with MOT testing and vehicle inspections (with full training provided if you are not yet qualified).
- Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent). Practical, "time served" experience is highly valued. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a busy garage, workshop, or fast-fit setting. F-Gas certification is preferred.

Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential. An active Class 4 and 7 MOT Tester licence is preferred (training will be provided for suitable candidates).

Equipment: Must possess your own hand tools for daily repair work.
