The Role
We are looking for someone at the start of their career who wants a clear pathway into the MSP and IT services industry. This is an entry-level IT career opportunity designed for school leavers and aspiring technology professionals. Based at Synergy's Pall Mall clubhouse location, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business while developing the technical, professional and client-facing skills required to progress towards a Field Services Engineer position.
You'll receive structured mentoring, hands-on experience and a clearly defined progression pathway within a premium managed services environment.
What You'll Do
Support the day-to-day operation of Synergy's Pall Mall clubhouse location
Manage deliveries, stock, equipment and asset inventory
Courier hardware equipment and IT spares to client sites across London
Assist with workstation, laptop and device deployments
Support user onboarding and offboarding activities
Attend client sites to assist engineers and coordinate supplier visits
Develop technical skills through practical experience, mentoring and certification study
