Customer Service Advisor
Better Comms – Bournemouth
£28,000 per year
Full-time | Office-based
We’re looking for someone who can be the friendly first point of contact for our customers and make sure they feel heard, supported and looked after.
- What you’ll be doing:
- Handling customer enquiries by phone & email
- Resolving questions, issues and complaints
- Assisting with billing queries and discrepancies
- Working with different teams to get issues resolved
- Processing orders for telecoms equipment & services
- Taking ownership of customer problems from start to finish
What we’re looking for:
- Previous customer service/support experience
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Strong written communication
- A calm, professional approach to complaints
- Experience handling billing enquiries is a plus
- Eligible to work in the UK
