Summary
The Governors of Manor Beach Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join our committed and hardworking team. The post is for 15.75 hours per week Monday to Friday. The post holders will be required to work alongside teaching staff to provide high quality learning opportunities.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development. Working under the direction of teaching staff, you will deliver learning activities for individuals and groups, monitor pupil progress, and develop positive, supportive relationships that help children succeed. Experience of supporting pupils with additional needs across the primary age range is desirable.
This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
- NVQ level 2 or above qualification appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) to grade C or above
Desirable Qualifications
- Teaching Assistant Level 3
- Paediatric First Aid
Essential Experience
- Experience of working in a Primary school setting
- Experience of supporting pupils with diverse needs
Desirable Experience
- Have experience of working with SEND pupils within a classroom setting
Experience of working with children across the primary age range
