About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Admin Supervisor to join our busy Head Office team.
This is a fast-paced role supporting the day-to-day coordination of logistics and supply chain operations. Working closely with internal departments, suppliers and transport partners, you'll help ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain while maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and transport providers.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues.
- Track orders and provide updates to internal departments.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Support stock movements and inventory administration.
- Investigate and resolve logistics queries promptly.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and efficiencies.
- Provide support and guidance to the wider logistics administration team.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a senior logistics, transport or supply chain administration role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with logistics, ERP or warehouse management systems.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
