Louisa Homecare Ltd is recruiting Community Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our growing domiciliary care team.

You'll be supporting people within their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent and comfortable while delivering the high standard of person-centred care we expect at Louisa Homecare Ltd.
What You'll Be Doing
Every client is different, which means no two working days are exactly the same.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care while maintaining dignity and independence
- Supporting clients with medication
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Supporting with mobility and daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping clients maintain their independence at home
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's wellbeing
- Following individual care plans and risk assessments
- Communicating with the office team, families and other professionals
- Maintaining accurate care records
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
We understand that different people need different working patterns, which is why we have both full-time and part-time care positions available.
Domiciliary care involves supporting clients at the times they need us most, so applicants should be prepared to work a mixture of agreed shifts, which may include mornings, evenings and weekends.
Your availability and preferred working pattern will be discussed as part of the recruitment process.

Previous experience within domiciliary care, home care, community care, residential care or health and social care is welcomed, but your attitude, reliability and values are equally important.
Essential Requirements
Due to the community-based nature of the position, applicants must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to a suitable vehicle for work
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be able to travel between clients within our service areas
