Join our Movuno team as a Viewing Agent, where your keen eye and excellent communication skills will play a vital role in ensuring smooth property viewings. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the face of our organisation, engaging with clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism. As a Viewing Agent, you will conduct property viewings, assist with administrative tasks, and provide exceptional service to clients seeking their ideal property.
Duties
- You will be responsible for attending all viewings at a number of properties across Bolton, Wigan, and Chorley. This will involve attending viewings and key management. Also, the ability to use your initiative e.g. keeping us up to date if stuck in traffic in advance.
- Client liaison by telephone prior to attending appointments, using CRM system.
- Great customer service. You will be required to greet and guide applicants and provide a high level of customer service throughout the appointment. This includes knowing a summary of the property before the appointment starts.
- Record viewing feedback onto our CRM system and update the team as and when required.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients to build trust and encourage new business.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service environments that require organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple appointments, maintain accurate records, and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- In possession of a full UK driving licence, their own vehicle and willing to use it for work purposes.
Full time 37.5 Hours Per Week – Flexible hours - One Saturday/Sunday essential per week.
Salary - £25,350
