Duties
- Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong relationships with followers.
- Utilize social media management tools to track performance data and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously optimize strategies.
- Support public relations efforts by managing online reputation and fostering positive brand perception.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms’ functionalities and audience engagement techniques.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Knowledge of public relations principles to effectively manage brand reputation online.
- Ability to analyze data insights and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content development.
- Prior experience working with social media management tools is preferred.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
