- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including tanning beds and common areas
- Promote additional services or products to meet customer needs and increase satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and care
- Support the team in managing appointments, walk-ins, and maintaining a smooth workflow
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience or knowledge in makeup application is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and aesthetics
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently when operating tanning equipment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed
