Summary: The Regional Director, Europe is responsible for building and leading isofy’s business throughout Europe. Serving as isofy’s senior representative in the region, this role will develop new customer relationships, generate and close business, strengthen strategic partnerships, and help establish isofy as a leading commercial real estate technology partner across priority European markets.
The Regional Director will also serve as a senior relationship owner for regional customers, helping ensure an exceptional customer experience and successful execution across the customer lifecycle. Working closely with isofy’s global teams, this individual will help scale the company’s presence throughout Europe while maintaining strong alignment with the broader organization.
This is a hands-on role for an entrepreneurial commercial leader who is equally comfortable opening new relationships, progressing opportunities, meeting with customers, solving problems, and representing isofy throughout the market.
This position is also eligible for a quarterly Regional Growth Bonus based on net-new client revenue, in addition to the base salary posted. This position is based in London with regular travel throughout Europe.
Key duties:
- Develop business throughout Europe by identifying, pursuing, and closing new customer opportunities.
- Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across flexible workspace, commercial real estate, and other target markets.
- Develop and maintain a qualified regional pipeline and take personal responsibility for progressing opportunities from initial engagement through close.
- Own regional revenue and growth objectives, with accountability for achieving agreed commercial targets throughout Europe.
- Identify priority accounts, markets, and strategic opportunities that can accelerate the company’s growth throughout Europe.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, prospective customer meetings, and other opportunities that strengthen the company’s presence and reputation throughout the region.
- Develop strategic relationships with operators, landlords, technology partners, consultants, service providers, internet service providers, and other organizations that can contribute to the company’s regional growth.
- Serve as a senior relationship owner for customers throughout Europe, building trusted relationships with operational and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct customer and partner meetings, executive business reviews, and on-site visits to strengthen relationships, understand customer priorities, and identify opportunities for continued growth.
- Work closely with account management, project management, operations, and technical teams to help ensure successful deployments, onboarding, and ongoing service delivery throughout the region.
- Serve as the regional management escalation point for significant customer or operational issues, helping coordinate communication and resolution across the appropriate internal teams.
- Coordinate with local vendors, field technicians, logistics providers, and other regional resources when necessary to support successful customer implementations and operations.
- Maintain strong visibility into regional pipeline, customer health, project activity, market developments, and operational performance while providing regular updates to executive leadership.
- Provide recommendations on market strategy, partnerships, operational improvements, and investments that can strengthen the company’s ability to scale throughout Europe.
- Help establish the foundation for a larger European organization, including identifying future talent and resource needs as the business grows.
- Complete other company tasks as necessary to support the continued growth of isofy throughout Europe.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success developing and closing new business within a technology, managed services, telecommunications, SaaS, commercial real estate, or related B2B services organization.
- Experience building relationships with senior executives and navigating complex B2B or enterprise sales opportunities.
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to independently identify opportunities, develop relationships, create momentum, and move opportunities through the sales process.
- Experience managing senior customer relationships and representing an organization with professionalism and credibility.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, project delivery, or operational execution within a services-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across sales, operations, technical, project management, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to operate independently in a geographically distributed organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Europe.
- Existing relationships within flexible workspace, commercial real estate, managed technology services, or related industries are strongly preferred.
- Experience with enterprise networking, managed IT services, flexible workspace, or commercial real estate is a plus.
- London-based, or willing and legally able to work in London.
- Get-it-done attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Pay: £80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
