Your Task
12-month trainee program
Initial onboarding takes place at our European headquarter in Munich, Germany
The rest will take place remotely (Home Office)

Rotation through various relevant departments such as Internal Sales, External Sales, Product Management, Quality and more

Getting to know our diverse product portfolio and strategy, as well as current market trends

Responsibility for a demanding customer portfolio, expansion of existing client relationships, and identification of new business opportunities

Driving the sales of innovative customer solutions as well as our own products

Assignment in technical sales / field service in UK

Close collaboration with the assigned sales representative and sales manager
Your Profile
- Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or sales-related studies

OR an excellent completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field

Ideally, initial experience in consulting and selling technically sophisticated products

Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented, structured, and independent working style

High affinity for sales and excellent communication skills

Strong technical affinity and passion for innovative topics

Very good command of English
