About the Role
We are seeking energetic, friendly, and professional staff to assist in both kitchen preparation and customer service. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, preparing our signature desserts and drinks, taking orders, and serving our customers with care and attention. Teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Requirements
- ✅ Previous experience in a similar food service or customer service role is preferred
- ✅ Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- ✅ Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
- ✅ Fully flexible availability, including weekends, school holidays, and evenings
- ✅ Willingness to work closing shifts, some finishing as late as 23:30–00:00
- ✅ Reliable, punctual, and committed to the team
- ✅ Able to handle busy periods and long shifts with professionalism
Duties Include
- Preparing desserts, drinks, and slushes to our high standards
- Taking orders and serving customers
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the workspace
- Working as part of a team to deliver a smooth service
- Assisting with general kitchen and front‑of‑house tasks
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
- Holiday periods
Experience
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food Preparation & Handling: 1 year (preferred)
- Previous experience in a dessert, café, or hospitality setting is highly desirable
