We are excited to announce an opening for an experienced health carer with our Enhanced Responders Service, a collaborative initiative with three other local care providers. We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and flexible individuals to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care to individuals in the community
- Medication Management -prompting, administering and collecting of prescriptions
- Risk Assessments – conducting comprehensive assessments to identify potential hazards
- Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety regulations, promoting safe practices in both care delivery and the workplace
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals from various local providers.
- Ensure timely and effective response to service users' needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all care provided.
- Data Protection – Upholding high standards of confidentiality and integrity by effectively managing and safeguarding client information
Requirements:
- Full-time availability with flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is essential
- Have an SVQ 3 in Social Care, or willingness to work towards the qualification
- A full driving licence
