We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Software Tester / Software Technician and IT operations technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be integral in the analysis, design, development, and deployment of software solutions. From reviewing and improving existing software to writing custom code and managing database structures, the Software Tester / Software Technician will play a crucial role in advancing the functionality and performance of our systems and applications.
Key responsibilities:
· Examine existing software and collaborate with management for improvements on the software.
· Perform regular checks and ensure all company software is working.
· Develop user interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly.
· Test and correct software programs to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
· Identify and address any bugs or issues through systematic debugging processes.
· Write specialized code for various applications.
· Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing software tools.
- Write, review, test, and debug high-quality code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
- Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and support materials.
