Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Senior Site Manager to lead our construction projects with enthusiasm and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. Duties
- Lead and manage daily site activities, ensuring smooth operations across all project phases.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating timelines effectively to meet deadlines.
- Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, providing clear guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Monitor safety protocols rigorously, conducting regular inspections and enforcing compliance to uphold a zero-accident environment.
- Collaborate with project engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available as needed.
- Review progress reports, manage budgets, and resolve any issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in management and supervision.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Extensive supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software for scheduling and planning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey expectations and updates across all levels of the project team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands while maintaining focus on safety and quality.

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
