The George Hotel is a 17th Century townhouse enjoying a spectacular location nestling on the water’s edge between the castle and pier in the bustling harbour town of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight.
Responsibilities: - Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all guest rooms and common areas - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Adhere to health and safety guidelines Requirements: - Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel or similar setting - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
