We are looking to recruit additional Operatives to come and work on our busy Henry assembly line. While previous manufacturing experience is a plus, what we value most is your reliability, team spirit, and manual dexterity. Responsibilities:
- Carry out effective line feeding operations as instructed by line management.
- Ability to work under pressure; be results driven.
- Ensure high standards of quality and efficiency and highlight concerns, where relevant.
- Carry out set tasks that can achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Robust attention to detail; ability to retain knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using own initiative.
- Strong drive and motivation to maintain and improve standards.
- Adhere to Health & Safety practices and procedures.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment in a similar role.
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team to critical deadlines with multiple production lines or stations working simultaneously.
- Experience of working within a fast paced, high output, high variation production environment with multiple shift patterns.
- Knowledge of standard production and manufacturing techniques.
- Knowledge of use of hand tools and operating machinery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Desirable:
- Desirable; Demonstrable experience of driving a forklift safely in a busy environment.
- Desirable; Experience in Lean Six sigma techniques and business improvement.

Hours:
This role operates on a weekly alternating shift pattern. From Monday to Thursday, hours are either 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:15, with shorter shifts on Fridays (06:00–13:15 or 13:15–19:30).
