ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will deliver consistently high cleaning standards across lobbies, corridors, amenity spaces and back-of-house areas, creating a spotless, safe environment for residents and colleagues. You’ll work to a set schedule, respond to ad-hoc cleaning requests, and support events or busy periods across the Health Club and other facilities. You will take pride in presentation, follow health and safety procedures, and be a friendly face around the development.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Public areas, amenities and back-of-house spaces are consistently immaculate, stocked and ready for use.
- Cleaning schedules are completed on time with thorough records maintained for audits.
- Health and safety, COSHH and waste procedures are followed without exception.
- Residents and visitors receive courteous, proactive support with any cleaning-related needs.
- Issues such as damage, defects or supply shortfalls are reported promptly and clearly.
- You collaborate smoothly with the wider site team, stepping in to help during peak times.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Cleaning and sanitising lobbies, lifts, corridors, stairwells and toilets to set standards.
- Maintaining high standards across residents’ lounges, cinemas, pools and Health Club areas.
- Replenishing consumables and managing stock, including timely ordering requests.
- Undertaking floor care, dusting, glass cleaning, litter picking and waste/recycling duties.
- Completing daily checklists and keeping accurate records for compliance.
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards and incidents to the management team.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Previous cleaning experience in residential, hotel, leisure or corporate settings.
- Familiarity with poolside or health club environments and associated hygiene standards.
- Experience using floor care equipment and professional cleaning products.
- Knowledge of COSHH and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Comfortable using basic handheld devices or apps for checklists and reporting.
