Night Support Worker
Chester-le-Street, Durham
Meet the Client
I'm looking for a Support Worker who I can build a genuine connection withsomeone who understands the importance of supporting me to live as independently as possible while respecting my choices and routines.
You'll support me with everyday tasks around my home, providing the right level of assistance with personal care, transfers, and daily living, always encouraging my independence and helping me achieve the things that matter to me.
Continuing my rehabilitation is really important. I use specialist equipment at home, and you'll support me with my physiotherapy programme, including stretches and exercises, helping me maintain my strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
You'll also need to be comfortable around large breed dogs, as I have a friendly puppy who is currently in training and is a big part of my life.
When I'm relaxing, I enjoy watching films and gaming, so if we share similar interests, that's a bonus!
