We’re looking for an experienced, values-led leader to join us as City Manager for Cranstoun Derby. The service launched on 1st April this year and as we forge and foster new and existing relationships and pathways across Derby, this is a great time to join us.

About the role
As City Manager, you’ll be the senior accountable leader for Cranstoun Derby, responsible for the overall delivery, quality and development of the service.
You’ll work closely with your senior leadership team including clinical, operational and governance leads to ensure the service remains robust, sustainable and continuously improving. This role includes acting as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Manager, with full accountability for quality, governance and regulatory compliance.

About you
You’ll be a confident senior leader, able to hold complexity while staying grounded, calm and focused on outcomes.
You will bring:
- Significant experience of leading services in health, social care or substance misuse
- Experience managing complex teams and operational delivery at scale
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, governance and risk management
- Experience working within regulated environments (CQC experience desirable)
- A track record of delivering improvement, performance and change
