Duties
- Assist in processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
- Assisting in Accounts receivable, solving any queries, credit control
- Enter financial data into various accounting software platforms such as Sage & Xero
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and review financial records for discrepancies or errors
- Help maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation
- Collaborate with team members to support month-end closing activities and reporting tasks
- Strong interest in accounting, finance, or related fields with a desire to learn and grow professionally
- Assist with the payroll function within the business
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with popular accounting software such as Sage, Xero, Dext
- Experience with data entry and maintaining organized records
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and follow instructions carefully
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
