We’re looking for a proactive and personable Concierge to join our team in Brixton. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-managed environment in our residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Handle deliveries, post, and enquiries efficiently
- Monitor access to the building and maintain security
- Patrol areas within the designated time ranges
- Respond to resident requests and resolve minor issues promptly
- Report any incidents, repairs, or concerns to management
About You
- Friendly, approachable, and reliable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential
- Right to work in the UK
