Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week.
We are looking for a Team Leader to lead our IPS team within the Employment Solutions Service at RMBC.
The postholder will have responsibility for direct line management of a team of Employment Specialists delivering the Individual Placement Support (IPS) programme through RMBC, in conjunction with Rotherham Alcohol and Drugs Service (ROADS).
The programme is in place to support people in structured recovery from substance misuse into meaningful, sustainable employment. As well as managing the day-to-day operations of the project and ensuring KPIs are met, the post holder will be responsible for a small caseload of clients.
Interviews for the role will be held in person at Riverside House in Rotherham, week commencing 20th July 2026.
This post will have access to the Public Services Network, if successful you will be required to apply for a disclosure of criminal records check at the Basic level (unspent criminal convictions).
