The Role
The AI Investment Manager will play a key role in evaluating commercial opportunities, analysing market trends and supporting strategic investment decisions. The successful candidate will combine strong financial analytical skills with modern AI and data analytics tools to help identify growth opportunities and optimise business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial modelling, investment analysis and scenario planning for business development projects and strategic initiatives.
Evaluate commercial opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions and technology investments through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Monitor biotechnology, wellness, AI and advanced manufacturing sectors to identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
Develop AI-enabled business intelligence tools, dashboards and reporting frameworks to support management decision-making.
Assess financial, operational and commercial risks and provide recommendations to improve investment outcomes.
Prepare investment reports, business cases and strategic recommendations for senior management and directors.
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Investment Management or a related field.
Strong experience in investment analysis, financial modelling, business intelligence or strategic consulting.
Experience using data analytics, AI tools and forecasting methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and communicate recommendations to senior decision makers.
