£12.82 per hour
We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Birmingham Depot. In this role, you will be supporting your local community’s health needs by delivering a high-quality supply chain service to our customers, including pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals.
This position is based within a refrigerated environment, so you must be comfortable working in chilled conditions for the duration of your shift.
Job responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and assemble customer orders within a chilled warehouse environment.
- Ensure the correct products are selected, handled, and dispatched on time.
- Work efficiently in a temperature-controlled (fridge) setting while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Meet productivity targets while adhering to company policies, health & safety, and legal requirements.
In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
