NEWLY QUALIFIED EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONERS REQUIRED - NEW NURSERY OPENING
Have you just qualified or about to qualify as a Level 3 this summer? We are Grow Learn Play Project CIC. We are proud to be opening a brand new nursery in September on Ludlow Drive (off Warwick Road) and we are looking to build an exciting team to join us.
We are looking for newly qualified people to join our team. We pride ourselves on a lively, fun environment to work in and are committed to staff training and where possible, progression with our organisation.
Our new nursery will run two rooms, 0-2 years and 2-3 years. The rooms are all ground level with access to a large garden space with a variety of play experiences.
We are a not for profit organisation meaning that we reinvest any profits arising from the nursery back into our provision, staff training and support and growing our organisation.
We are looking for Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners to fill a permanent positions within the setting. The right candidate will be passionate about working with children, self-motivated and have an enthusiastic approach to their work with ideally English and Math’s grade C or equivalent. In order to balance our team we are hoping to find practitioners who have recently completed their qualification and are now looking for their first permanent role.
The position is full time, working between the hours of 8am and 4pm with a weekly requirement to cover 4-6 one night per week on a rotational basis or two of 4-5 ,total 39.5 hours per week. You will be working alongside other qualified members of staff in a friendly and supportive setting. We could accept term time only or all year round applicants but must be qualified to a minimum Level 3.
We are running an open day at our current nursery at East Street on 4th July, although mainly for prospective parents, you are welcome to also pop along for an informal chat.
To start September 2026
