We’re looking for a solid all-rounder with strong carpentry skills to join our fast-growing property development and refurbishment team. You’ll be part of transforming properties across Derby and the Midlands – from HMOs to high-end refurbs.
What you’ll be doing:
- 1st & 2nd fix carpentry – doors, skirting, kitchens, studwork, flooring
- Basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, snagging
- On-site problem solving and delivering high-quality finishes
- Working on residential and commercial refurb projects
What we’re after:
- Proven experience in carpentry and general building trades
- Reliable, self-motivated and takes pride in the job
- Driving license (essential)
- Own tools preferred
