Job Responsibilities:
To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety compliance and Stock Control
- Ensure that customers receive the best customer service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
- To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved and surpassed
- To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
- To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
- Liaise with the general manager
- Support other Centres, when necessary
- Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company

- Salary: up to £40,000. basic salary per year + bonus after 3 month probation period
- generous bonus scheme, OTE in excess of £55,000
- A "signing on" fee of £1000 will also be paid following a successful probation period of 3 months.
- THE PERSON
- You must be able to work within a team but equally be able to work to your own devices.
- Have a proven track record within the motor trade at a management or supervisory level.
- Be happy to be hands on in the workshop, as your time will be split between the workshop and the office so experience in this is vital.
- Have excellent communication skills with both customers and staff alike.
- Trade qualifications preferred but not essential
- You must be trustworthy, punctual and have a good positive attitude toward work
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- An MOT licence would be advantageous but not essential.
