Full time Subcontract Bathroom / Wet Room Installers Wanted

At Nexus Adapt, we are looking for experienced self-employed subcontractors to carry out bathroom, wet room, and level access shower installations across the Breckland District Council Area.
This is a price per job opportunity for reliable installers who take pride in quality workmanship, work professionally in customers’ homes, and can deliver jobs to a high standard.
The Role
You will be working on a subcontract basis, completing agreed works packages in occupied residential properties across Norfolk and Suffolk, including work in Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth, Norwich, Dereham, Stowmarket, Diss, and Bury St Edmunds.
Projects will include:
- Bathroom installations
- Wet room installations
- Level access shower adaptations
- General bathroom alteration works
- Associated multi-trade works including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, decorating, and finishing works
We are looking for subcontractors who can manage jobs efficiently, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and represent Nexus Adapt professionally at all times.
What We Need From You
- Proven experience in bathroom, wet room, and level access shower installations
- Multi-skilled in trades such as plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and general building work
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs within agreed timescales
- Good attention to detail and pride in finishing works properly
- Professional manner when working in occupied residential properties
- Strong communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
Desirable
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification
- Experience in disabled adaptations
- Experience working in social housing, DFG, or local authority adaptation works
