Support Worker – Bletchley (Milton Keynes)
Pay: £14.00–£16.00 per hour
Shifts: Days, Nights and Weekends (flexibility required)
Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes

About the Role
We are looking for calm, compassionate and emotionally resilient Support Workers to join our specialist care team supporting a young female with autism and complex emotional support needs.
This is a highly person-centred role where consistency, patience and relationship-building are essential. The successful candidate will support the service user with daily routines, emotional regulation, meaningful activities and community engagement while helping to create a safe, structured and low-arousal environment.
This role would suit someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting with daily routines and independent living skills
- Providing emotional reassurance and consistent support
- Supporting meaningful activities and community access
- Promoting safety, wellbeing and dignity at all times
- Following structured care and behavioural support plans
- Maintaining accurate daily records and communication notes
- Supporting with medication administration where required
- Working collaboratively with families and professionals
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within supported living, autism or complex care settings
- Understanding of autism, emotional regulation and behaviour support approaches
- Confident supporting individuals with mental health or trauma-related needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Calm, reliable and emotionally regulated approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle preferred
