CNC Machine Operator – Join a Team That Builds the Extraordinary
Do you love making things with your hands? Are you practical, curious, and always wondering who creates the precision components that power satellites, civil aircraft, or even critical defence systems?
If the idea of crafting high-specification metal parts that play a role in space exploration, aviation, and advanced engineering excites you, then this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
We are part of Carmels Group, a rapidly growing organisation focused on being the very best in its field—supplying outstanding, precision-engineered components for some of the most demanding applications in the world.
We are now looking for two enthusiastic Machine Operators to join our close-knit, highly skilled workshop team. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be part of something bigger, producing components that reach far beyond the workshop floor.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting experienced engineers in a busy CNC machining environment
- Loading, operating, and monitoring CNC machines
- Assisting in the production of high-quality, precision-engineered components
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and workmanship
What we’re looking for:
- Practical, hands-on individuals who enjoy working with machinery
- A genuine interest in engineering and manufacturing
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team players who thrive in a collaborative workshop environment
Why join us?
You’ll be working alongside a passionate and experienced team, gaining valuable skills in a specialist field, and contributing to projects that reach far beyond the workshop floor—from the skies above us to space itself. As part of a fast-growing organisation, there are real opportunities to develop and progress as we continue to expand and push for excellence.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
