Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team in. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of quality across our manufacturing processes, ensuring our kitchens meet the expectations of our customers and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and tests throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product quality.
- Monitor compliance with HACCP standards and other safety regulations.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks and audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality enhancement.
- Assist in training staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analysis skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to interpret technical data and reports.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Relevant certifications in quality management are a plus.
