Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to construction, maintenance, and general labour duties. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
- Maintain an organised workspace and adhere to company policies.
- Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a team.
- A valid driver's licence is considered a plus for transportation purposes.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects safely.
