The Hospitality team is hiring a Guest Experience Assistant
As a member of the Guest Contact Centre Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by providing timely assistance on bookings, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Location: Bicester Village, On-Site
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Be the main point of contact for guest bookings, enquiries, feedback, and issues - resolving them quickly and going above and beyond
- Work closely with teams across The Apartment, Retail, Operations, and Security to address guest needs efficiently
- Stay up to date on everything our Village offers, so you can give guests accurate, helpful information
- Spot opportunities to improve the guest journey, from booking through to post-visit follow-up
- Partner with the management team to shape guest service initiatives that boost satisfaction and loyalty
- Bring professionalism, warmth, and a genuine sense of hospitality to every guest interaction, in line with our luxury standards

- Customer service or guest relations experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or luxury with some administrative experience
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, backed by real examples
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with diverse guests and colleagues at all levels
- Proactive problem-solver who can use their own initiative and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
