Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, threading, skincare procedures, and creative nail art.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client satisfaction and operational flow
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively explain treatments and provide advice
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and treatment quality
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
- A genuine passion for beauty therapy combined with a friendly demeanour and positive attitude
- In-house training provided.
