Office Admin & Sales Coordinator – Bathroom Renovation

We're talking your own space, your own music, onsite WC, kettle on whenever you fancy, and nobody hovering over your shoulder telling you when to eat or take a break. We trust you to manage your time, take initiative, and get things done — in return, you'll enjoy a genuinely balanced and relaxed working environment that feels like it's yours.
We're also really flexible on hours and salary — everything is open to conversation. Prefer a lower base salary in exchange for commission on profits? We're open to it. What you'll be doing day to day
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — whether they walk through the door or reach out online — so a warm, welcoming attitude is a must. You'll be fully trained on our products and processes so you can confidently advise customers on what we offer and what's right for them, before getting them booked in with our designer for a quote.
From there, you'll work with the designer to professionally complete and finalise quotes — drawing on your product knowledge to make sure every detail is accurate and well-presented. You'll liaise with clients to perfect the finer details, and then do what you do best — close the sale and get the project booked in!
You'll handle payments, send invoices, and keep clients updated throughout their project so they always feel in good hands. You'll also maintain accurate and organised client records, ensuring every interaction and transaction is properly logged and easy to reference.
Behind the scenes, you'll be keeping things ticking — ordering supplies, logging key stats like walk-ins, leads, quotes, and profits, and working alongside our accountants to keep on top of payments for employees, subcontractors, and tax. You'll also take pride in keeping our showroom looking its best, making sure it's clean, tidy, and stocked with the latest brochures and displays.
What we're looking for
- Confident communicator with real sales experience
- Comfortable with computers and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Calendar etc.)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Someone who keeps accurate records and takes pride in staying on top of things
- A positive, can-do attitude that customers and colleagues alike will love

Pay: £24,800.00-£30,000.00 per year
