The role:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Officer, full-time and on-site at our head office in East Sussex.
Ben's Gutters Commercial Ltd, are a nationwide company that specialise in gutter and roof cleaning. We have over 330,000 happy customers.
The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for screening CVs, selecting appropriate candidates, interviewing, providing feedback, keeping in regular contact with candidates and reporting to the HR Management structure on candidate progress.
Excellent communication and organisation skills are a MUST.
Ability to commute to the office 5 days per week is essential.
Skills needed:
- Previous experience in HR or other administrative role.
- Capable of communicating with lots of candidates on a daily basis.
- Experience with high volumes of messages.
- Organised and motivated - this is a must.
Salary:
Starting at £30,000-£35,000
This is a 9-5pm role, Monday to Friday, with 28 days holiday a year.
