Sales Executive (Graduate Opportunity)
Salary: £30,000 basic + highly competitive commission (OTE £80k+)
Contract: First three months – Fixed-term contract
Location: 4–5 Manchester Square, Marylebone, W1U 3PD
We are a specialist R&D consultancy seeking ambitious, driven graduates to join our Sales Executive team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to break into sales - full training provided.
You do not need prior sales experience to apply. We are looking for intelligent, motivated individuals with strong communication skills, commercial curiosity, and a desire to build a high-earning career.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate new business through outreach and lead generation
- Present our services confidently and professionally to prospective clients
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers
- Work independently with clear targets and performance support
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate from a Russell Group University (any discipline considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with professionals and senior stakeholders
- Resilience, ambition, and a results-driven mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Previous sales, customer service, fundraising, recruitment, or leadership experience is advantageous but not essential
