Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to provide essential care and support to children and young people in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized support tailored to each child's individual needs, following established care plans.
- Assist with daily activities such as dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene to promote independence.
- Engage children in educational, recreational, and social activities that stimulate growth and development.
- Maintain clear and open communication with families, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the child's care.
- Support children during outings or appointments, including safe transportation when necessary.
- Monitor and record progress, behavior, and any concerns to ensure ongoing well-being.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a secure environment at all times.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children or in childcare settings is highly desirable.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely for work-related duties.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and childcare practices.
- Ability to develop, follow, and update care plans effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with children, families, and team members.
- Proficiency in using IT systems for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Compassionate attitude with patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting children’s needs.

Pay: £25,420.00-£37,118.94 per year
