Overview
WIILMA is a London-based micro-charity which exists to tackle loneliness & isolation and increase community cohesion through community education projects around world music, arts, history, heritage and culture. We also do advocacy in a number of different areas including for people with seen and unseen disability.
We are an all-volunteer organisation, and we get a lot of interest from people wanting to volunteer with us, therefore we need to add a Recruiting and Onboarding expert to our People & Culture team to handle the flow of inquiries and get people placed as quickly as possible. This is an unpaid, volunteer position.
In keeping with our organisational values, we're looking for someone who wants to create an excellent volunteer experience through each step of the recruitment and onboarding process. In return, we can offer you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while driving this important function.
If you are a human resources professional who is obsessed with creating a positive volunteer experience and you're seeking an opportunity to increase your experience in a leadership role, we want to hear from you!
