Responsibilities
- Assist experienced window cleaners in performing cleaning tasks on residential and commercial properties
- Learn to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including squeegees, brushes, and extension poles
- Support the team in preparing work sites, including setting up scaffolding or access equipment where necessary
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job to ensure optimal performance
- Observe and learn proper techniques for streak-free window cleaning and surface care
Requirements
- Valid driving license or willingness to learn driving as part of the role
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills to understand instructions and provide updates
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift equipment safely when needed
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and working as part of a team
- No prior experience required; training will be provided to develop your skills
