The Role
As a Classic Car Driver & Chauffeur, you will be responsible for safely transporting our classic vehicles to weddings, events and private hires across the UK.
You will represent Webbs of Weybridge throughout each booking, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from the moment you arrive until the vehicle returns safely to our workshop.
No two days are the same—you may be transporting a wedding couple, delivering a vehicle for a film production, or supporting one of our classic driving experiences.s
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and chauffeur classic vehicles safely and professionally.
- Transport vehicles to weddings, events and customer bookings.
- Assist customers entering and exiting vehicles.
- Arrive punctually and maintain agreed schedules.
- Carry out pre-departure and post-hire vehicle inspections.
- Keep vehicles clean and presentable throughout each booking.
- Report any faults, damage or maintenance concerns immediately.
- Follow all company procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Complete mileage, fuel and job records.
- Represent the Webbs brand professionally at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Confident driving both modern and classic vehicles (we can help with training).
Desirable Experience (not essential)
- Previous chauffeur or professional driving experience.
- Experience driving manual classic vehicles.
- Towing experience.
- Customer service or hospitality experience.
- Mechanical knowledge of classic vehicles.
- Experience at weddings or events.
